A late booking fee may be added onto your service due to the additional admin work, scheduling, and stress that goes into adding a new walk or overnight stay to the schedule at the last minute. We would love to take care of your pup to give you a peace of mind for when last-minute things come up, but should not be used as an emergency service.

The pricing for late bookings are as follows:

If you request a walk within 4 hours, there is no guarantee we have someone available, but if we do, the late booking fee is $10. This is due in advance, prior to the scheduling or completion of the services to secure your booking. You may venmo @betcheswalkingbetches to pay ahead of time for your late booking.

If you request pet sitting/overnight within 12 hours of your requested time, the late booking fee is $50. This is due in advance, prior to the scheduling or completion of the services to secure your booking. You may venmo @betcheswalkingbetches to pay ahead of time for your late booking.

We require 12-hour notice for walk cancellations and overnight stays. Contact info@betcheswalkingbetches.com for cancellations.

For walks, if you cancel within 12 hours of your walk, you will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee.

For pet sitting/overnight requests, if you cancel within 12 hours, you will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee.

If your walker cannot get inside your home due to your key being misplaced, keypad not functioning, door not opening, gate key not opening, or any other circumstance related to key/door/non-functioning doorway, you will be charged for the full amount of the service for that day.

We do not offer credits for missed walks or late cancellations at this time. We do not offer refunds at this time.

Mina personally manages all bookings and client communications. The walks and pet sitting services are provided by the vetted team of 10 trained professionals, all hand-chosen by Amy. Every team member meets Amy's high standards for experience, reliability, and genuine love for animals.

Pack Walks are a new service offering social group walks with up to 5 dogs. They're great for pups who enjoy socialization and small group settings.

All dogs must be trained and get along well with other dogs. Pack Walks are 60 minutes long and cost $30 per pup. They're currently available in Santa Monica and Brentwood, and include after-visit care cards and pics/videos just like individual walks.

During vacation pet sitting, your dog is boarded in the comfort of your own home. The service includes an evening walk, dinner, sleepover, morning walk, and breakfast. You receive a full report card at the end of the stay showing everything that happened. Potty break notifications keep you updated in real-time, and you can request additional updates anytime. A Pup Day Care add-on is also available if you want extra activity and socialization during the day.

Pet owners receive real-time updates and check-ins throughout the service. For walks, you'll receive an after-visit care card plus pics and videos of your dog. For overnight stays, you get potty break notifications and a report card at the end of the stay, with additional updates available upon request.

Betches Walking Betches serves the west side of Los Angeles, including Brentwood, Santa Monica, Culver City, Playa, Venice, Palisades and surrounding neighborhoods. Pack Walks are currently available in Santa Monica and Brentwood.

Every service includes attention to detail that goes beyond basic pet care. If it's raining, we check for raincoats and towels. If a pet seems low energy, we notice and inform the owner. Real-time updates and check-ins ensure pet owners never have to wonder how their pet is doing. All team members are emotionally intelligent and trained to ensure pet safety, comfort, and happiness.

Betches Walking Betches offers several pet care services:

Dog Walking: Individual walks with secure pickup from home or office, after-visit care card, pics/videos of the walk, and secure drop-off with lock-up. Available in 30-minute ($30), 45-minute ($40), or 60-minute ($50) options. Additional dogs are +$15 per pup.

Pack Walks (NEW): Social group walks with up to 5 dogs per walk. All dogs must be trained and get along with other dogs. Includes after-visit care card and pics/videos. 60-minute pack walks are $30 per pup. Available in Santa Monica and Brentwood.

Vacation Pet Sitting/Overnight Boarding: Your dog stays in the comfort of your own home. Includes evening walk, dinner, sleepover, morning walk, and breakfast. You receive a report card at the end of the stay, potty break notifications, and additional updates upon request. Pup Day Care add-on is available. Pricing is $200 for day care + overnight, with +$50 per additional pup.
