Holiday Pricing 2025We would absolutely love to take care of your sweet fur baby during the times you need us the most! This page is to kindly inform you that holiday fees will be applied on these specific dates listed below for 2025. This ensures continued exceptional service and support from our amazing team! An additional $15 holiday fee will be added for any dog walking services. An additional $50 holiday fee will be added per day for overnight/boarding services. What is your cancellation policy?If you need to cancel, please do so as soon as you can. Please try to cancel within 12-24 hours at the very least. For walks, if you do not cancel within 1 hour of your walk, you will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee. For pet sitting/overnight requests, if you cancel within 12 hours, you will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee. If your walker cannot get inside your home due to your key being misplaced, keypad not functioning, door not opening, gate key not opening, or any other circumstance related to key/door/non-functioning doorway, you will be charged for the full amount of the service for that day. We do not offer credits for missed walks or late cancellations at this time. We do not offer refunds at this time.

What is your late booking policy?A late booking fee may be added onto your service due to the additional admin work, scheduling, and stress that goes into adding a new walk or overnight stay to the schedule at the last minute. We would love to take care of your pup to give you a peace of mind for when last-minute things come up, but should not be used as an emergency service. The pricing for late bookings are as follows: If you request a walk within 4 hours, there is no guarantee we have someone available, but if we do, the late booking fee is $10. This is due in advance, prior to the scheduling or completion of the services to secure your booking. You may venmo @betcheswalkingbetches to pay ahead of time for your late booking. If you request pet sitting/overnight within 12 hours of your requested time, the late booking fee is $50. How do I pay?Invoices are automatically sent via PetPocketbook either daily (12:01am following the completion of your services) or weekly (12:01am on the Monday following the completion of your services). Please speak with Amy on the best cadence for you and your needs. You may pay your invoice online via PetPocketbook, but please note there is a 5% software fee that PetPocketbook adds automatically. There is no way to waive this fee. Alternatively, if you would like to avoid paying the 5% software fee, you may venmo @betcheswalkingbetches or via PayPal betcheswalkingbetches@gmail.com Please contact Amy if you would like to use Zelle as a payment option. We do not accept cash, checks, cryptocurrency, or other forms of payment at this time. Gratuity is graciously accepted with any of the approved form of payments and 100% of the gratuity goes to your walker. If you have multiple walkers throughout the weeks, your gratuity will be automatically split based on the # of completed appointments each walker completed, unless otherwise specified.
