We do our best to keep things consistent. If you have a set weekly schedule, we'll match you with a primary Care Team Member who shows up the same day and time, every time. For clients with varying schedules, we assign a primary, secondary, and in some cases a third team member so your dog always sees a familiar face. Some of our longest clients have been loved on by several members of the team. Every BWB caregiver is trained to embody our four core values of trust, reliability, emotional intelligence, and heart, so no matter who's at your door, your dog gets the same standard of care.
