### Private Dog Walking
Individual one-on-one walks tailored to your dog's pace and personality. Includes secure pickup from home or office, GPS-tracked route, after-visit care card with photos and videos, water refill and treats, and secure drop-off with lock-up.

- 45 minutes: $40
- 60 minutes: $50
- Additional dogs: +$15 per pup

### Small Group Pack Walks
Social group walks with up to 5 carefully matched dogs. All dogs must be trained and pre-screened for compatibility. Dogs are grouped by size and temperament. Includes after-visit care card with photos and videos.
- 60 minutes: $30 per dog
- Available in Santa Monica and Brentwood only

### Luxury In-Home Pet Sitting (Overnight)
Your dog stays in the comfort of their own home. Includes evening walk, dinner, sleepover, morning walk, and breakfast. You receive a full care card at the end of the stay with potty break notifications and real-time text updates.

- Pup Day Care add-on available

### Dog Sitting (Extended Visit)
3-4 hour in-home care with steady supervision, comfort, feeding, medication support if needed, light play, and a brief walk. Ideal for puppies, seniors, anxious dogs, or dogs recovering from surgery.

Q: What makes BWB different from Wag or Rover?
A: BWB provides consistent, relationship-driven care with a dedicated care team assigned to each client. Clients with set weekly schedules get a primary Care Team Member at the same day and time each week. For varying schedules, BWB assigns a primary, secondary, and sometimes tertiary team member. All staff are in-house trained employees (not gig workers), NDA-signed, and Small Animal CPR and First Aid certified.

Q: How do I book services?
A: Click "Request Care" to fill out the booking form. You'll be onboarded within 5 minutes and your first visit will be scheduled right away. You can also text or call 323-310-1113.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: For dog walking, a $15 late booking fee applies to requests made within 4 hours of the scheduled time. For daycare, a $15 fee applies within 12 hours. For pet sitting, a $50 fee applies within 12 hours. Cancellations within 12 hours of overnight stays are subject to a late cancellation fee. We do not offer refunds or credits for late cancellations.

Q: Do you handle dogs with special needs?
A: Yes. BWB's team is trained to handle medication administration, dogs with anxiety, reactive dogs, senior dogs, and post-surgery care.

Q: What updates will I receive during service?
A: For walks, you receive an after-visit care card with GPS route, photos, and videos. For overnight stays, you get potty break notifications, real-time text updates, and a full care card at the end.

Q: Do you offer pack walks?
A: Yes. Pack walks are 60-minute group walks with up to 5 carefully matched dogs, currently available in Santa Monica and Brentwood at $30 per dog.
